(X) Biscuits (However many you are going to use)
1 Casing of Sage Sausage (I use Jimmy Dean)
2 Cups of Milk
1 Cup of Self Rising Flour
1 tbs Butter
Salt & Pepper
Biscuits: Pre-heat oven and place biscuits on a pan laid out according to the instructions of the biscuits you are making.
Sausage: Cook all of the sausage in a skillet with butter until thoroughly browned, do not strain.
Gravy: Pour in the flour and stir thoroughly on medium heat. Stir until all of the flour appears clumped or attached to the sausage and gravy. Slowly pour in and stir the 2 cups of milk. Stir until it thickens and remove from heat.
Add some salt and pepper, then pour over your biscuits and MMMMMM, that's delicious!
