Servings: 8
Ingredients:
3 12oz cans Bush's White Beans in Mild Chili Sauce (drained)
2 cans diced green chilies
1 can creamed corn
2 packs McCormick chicken gravy (don't add water)
2lbs chicken breasts (shredded)
1/2 to 1 sweet onion (diced)
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon table blend (I use MS. Dash)
4 cups chicken broth
Instructions:
Slow cook chicken in broth 3 hours and then shred on the side. Strain the broth and reuse it in the slow cooker. Mix the rest of the ingredients in with the broth. Stir and add the shredded chicken, then slow cook 60 more minutes. Feel free to use Turkey as well or a mix of chicken and turkey for a flavorful meat mix.
Optional: Serve on white rice for a less soupy consistency. Salt to taste.
