Servings: 8
2lbs Ground Beef or Bison
1 sweet onion (Diced)
2 29oz cans Hunts tomato sauce
2 12oz del monte tomato chunks in chillis
1 tomatoes in chili sauce
1 large brooks beans hot / mild
1 tsp sugar
2 packs of McCormick chilli powder
2 tbsp Chili Powder
Optional: 1 tbsp Cinnamon; Cheddar Cheese, Crackers, Pasta

Brown the ground meat in frying pan using 1 pack of the chili powder mix. Once browned, strain and add to pot below.
Add Sauce, tomatoes, 1 pack of Chili Power Mix, onion, beans, and sugar to a large pot. stew on medium heat and stir frequently. Once the chili starts to boil, remove from heat and move to a simmer spot for an additional 30 minutes.

Serve as is once heated, but don't forget your cheddar cheese. Crackers and Pasta are always a nice touch and the cinnamon will take away some of that heat if you find this too hot.
